开关电源以小型、轻量和高效率的特点被广泛应用于几乎所有的电子设备。通过采用大功率单片集成开关电源芯片L4970A设计一款直流电源,通过设计电源的输出电压、输出电流、L4970A芯片工作温度等参数的采集和显示电路,以在检测现场实时查看电源的工作状态。为防止电源因外在因素或内在因素而意外损坏,通过设计电源的输出过压、输出过流、输入欠压、输入过压、过热等保护电路,最后实验得到了稳定的直流输出电压,结果表明本文设计的电源能够可靠、稳定的工作,基本满足设计要求。

Switching power supply is widely used in almost every electronic device with its small,lightweight and efficient power supply adopting high-power L4970A monolithic integrated switch power chip was designing the acquisition and display circuit of the output voltage,the output current of the power supply and the working temperature of L4970A chip,the power supply’s working state in real time at the scene of detection can be order to prevent accidental damages from internal factors or external factors to the power supply,the protection circuit of output over-voltage,output over-current,input under-voltage,input over-voltage and overheating of the power was designed to obtain the stable DC output ally the experimental result shows that the designed power supply can work reliably and stably,which basically meets the design requirements.
