Firstly, the research background of microwave low noise amplifier （LNA） is introduced, and the important practical significance of LNA design is pointed out. Then, the key points of LNA design, and the design method is proposed. Lastly the LNA design, including circuit model, RF circuit simulation, PCB circuit board and related testing is described in detail. And the simulation and testing results show that the design can satisfy the requirements.
