基于ISO26262整车控制器的冗余采集与策略研究

基于ISO26262,通过增加辅助芯片的设计使电动汽车整车控制器实现对关键模拟信号的冗余采集,通过串口完成主/辅芯片的数据交互,对信号进行驱动控制策略研究,并依据汽车完整性等级判定进行故障策略处理。经测试,该设计是可行的,对整车控制器开发研究具有一定的参考价值。
Based on ISO26262,the design of the auxiliary chip is added to enable the vehicle controller to realize redundant acquisition of key analog signals.The data interaction of the main/secondary chip is completed through the serial port,and the driving control strategy of the signal is studied.The level determination determines the failure policy processing.The test results show that the design has certain reference value for the development and research of vehicle controller.
