以MOSFET作为主要功率开关管,应用于200 V输入的全桥逆变电路中,分析了电路的工作特点及MOSFET驱动电路的设计要求,以及针对开通关断过程所需的电气特性,设计了一种采用光耦隔离、IR2113控制的MOSFET高速驱动电路.实验结果证明了设计的可行性,测试数据和波形该MOSFET驱动电路具有电气隔离性能优良、驱动能力和抗干扰能力强等特点,目前该电路已成功应用在一台逆变器实验样机中,运行稳定.电路设计对IGBT等其他电压控制型功率开关器件的驱动也有一定的借鉴意义.

With MOSFET as its main power switch devices and being used in a 200V inputting full-brldge inverter circuit, and after the description of work characteristics of driver circuit, a design is given of opto-coupler isolated and IR2113 controlled high-speed driver circuits in which the turn-on and turn-off processes of MOSFET are presented. Experimental results show the feasibility of the design, after being tested data and waveform the control circuits have electrical-isolated, strong driving capability and anti-disturbance capability and so on.
