为解决输入独立-输出串联(II0S)型多模块直流变换器内部功率失配问题,此处提出一种基于附加功率均衡电路的新解决方案。该方案通过在输出侧相邻子模块之间配置功率均衡单元,并引入相应控制策略,消除输入功率波动引起的子模块间功率失配现象,从而维持各子模块输出电压于额定值,改善变换器运行特性,使之具备应对输入功率宽范围波动的能力。此处详细阐述所提功率均衡单元的工作原理与相应功率控制策略,给出其主要电路参数的设计法则,并对稳态下均衡单元损耗进行定量分析。实验结果证明,该功率均衡电路拓扑、控制策略与相关理论分析结果正确有效。

In order to solve the internal power mismatch problem in input independent output series (IIOS) multi-modular DC/DC converter, a new technical solution based on additional power balancing circuits is the proposed topology, power balancing units are installed between adjacent sub-modules on the series connected output side with specific power balancing control strategy applied, which can effectively eliminate the power mismatch between sub-modules caused by the random fluctuation of input s the output voltage of sub-modules can be kept to the rated value while a better operation characteristic could be obtained to cope with the wide range fluctuation of input power. Working principle , control strategy and circuit designing method of the proposed power balancing unit are explained in ides, a quantitative analysis of the power losses is performed in steady erimental results have proved the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed topology, control strategy and relative theoretical results.
