高功率密度的IGBT驱动电路研究

According to the drive requirements of integrated power module, aiming at high power density, an IGBT drive protection circuit having a small volume was designed based on HCPL - 316J. This article introduces the principle of drive pro- tection circuit, calculation and the testing and a- nalysis process. The actual experimental results verified the accuracy and reliability of this drive circuit, showing that it has a certain practical value.
