矿用变频器IGBT模块驱动电路的设计
资料介绍
本文给出了光电耦合器HCPL-316J的典型电路,同时加上了UC3842控制的开关电源,把他们集中到一块电路板上。本文中的光耦隔离电路简单,实现方便,满足了IGBT的驱动要求。+17V、-5V的两组电压由开关电源提供,用来给IGBT模块提供驱动电源。
This paper presents the typical circuit of photoelectric coupler the same time,the switching power supply controlled by UC3842 is added. And thy are focused on a circuit this paper,the optical coupling isolation circuit is simple,easy to implement,and meets the requiement of IGBT tching power supply is to provide +17V,-5V for the driving circuit.
