资料介绍

绝缘栅双极晶体管关断时会出现电压尖峰,有源钳位电路可以有效抑制这种尖峰电压,但是传统的有源钳位电路损耗大,不利于系统的稳定运行。在分析传统有源钳位电路工作原理和暂态模型的基础上提出一种改进后的有源钳位电路,分析比较两种有源钳位电路的优点,在ORCAD仿真中,对比分析两种有源钳位电路的仿真结果,得出与理论分析一致的结果,证明了改进后有源钳位电路的可行性。

The voltage spike will be showed up when the insulated gate bipolar transistor turns active clamp circuit can restrain the voltage spikes effectively,but the traditional active clamp circuit loss is large,and is not conducive to the stable operation of the the basis of analyzing the working principle of the traditional active clamp circuit and the transient model,an improved active clamp circuit is advantages of two kinds of active clamp circuits are analyzed and the simulation of ORCAD,the simulation results of two kinds of active clamp circuits are compared and analyzed,and the results obtained are consistent with the theoretical analysis,which proves the feasibility of the improved active clamp circuit.
