新型电源集成块ICE2A165解析及应用电路设计
资料介绍
为了提高电源的稳定性,降低故障率,同时又能简化电路,节省成本,介绍一种新型电源集成块ICE2A165,利用ICE2A165设计了一款开关电源。ICE2A165内含场效应开关管,可以直接激励开关变压器工作,再辅以精密三端比较器和光电耦合器就构造出了高性能的开关电源。通过合理选择外部元件的参数,可以使开关电源既有较宽的稳压范围,又有比较灵敏的保护特性。这样既拓宽了电源对市电的适用能力,又降低了故障几率。实践表明,基于ICE2A165的开关电源能在110～240 V交流环境中稳定输出＋5 V和±12 V,长时间工作,电路也非常稳定可靠。
