设计了使用超声波通信的无源传感器感知系统,读写器发射超声波能量给无源超声波传感器标签进行能量传递,并通过超声波命令激活标签,标签用自身的传感器进行环境监测,并将检测信息通过超声波发送给读写器,再进行可视化展现。系统克服了传统传感器通信手段常用电磁波或光媒介的局限,将传感器通信方法与应用拓展到电磁和光线不可达到的密闭金属结构内部。此外,传感器标签的无源化,摆脱了对有线供电和电池的依赖,实现了超声波传感器标签免维护,与被测物同寿命,是具有一定工程实践意义的新设计。

In the paper,a passive environment sensor system using ultrasonic communication is designed.The ultrasonic-based passive environment sensor hardware system is a complete system design.It transmits ultrasonic energy to the ultrasonic sensor tag through the ultrasonic tag reader,and activates the tag through the ultrasonic waves carrying the instructions.The tag monitors the environment with its own sensor in accordance with the instructions,and sends the monitoring information to the reader through ultrasonic waves.Then the information is visually displayed.The system design overcomes the limitations of electromagnetic waves or optical media commonly used by traditional sensor communication methods,and extends the sensor communication methods,techniques and applications to the inside of sealed objects that are shielded by electromagnetic and unreachable by light,especially to the inside of the electromagnetically shielded metal structures.In addition,the passive activation of the environment sensor tag eliminates the dependence on wired power supply and battery and realizes the maintenance-free operation of the tag that shares the same life as the measured object.Therefore,it is an innovative design of great significance in engineering practice.
