运动健康开始受到越来越多人的关注,也有越来越多的人参与其中,尤其是年轻群体更加关注运动健康。不合适的运动强度、在不适宜运动的环境中开展体育锻炼不但对身体没有起到锻炼效果,而且还有可能损伤身体。本设计采用可穿戴电子设备,结合运动医学和环境卫生对运动的影响,对各项指标进行量化。在电子设备上实时显示当前环境适宜运动指数、锻炼工作量以及运动目标提醒等功能,让运动更科学、更有效。

This design uses wearable electronic equipment, combined with the impact of sports medicine and environmental hygiene on sports, to quantify various indicators. The real-time display of current environment fitness index, exercise workload and goal warning on electronic equipment makes the exercise more scientific and effective.
