深海无人潜航器新型方案设计

文章基于对国内外深海无人潜航器的现状和发展趋势的分析,总结前人经验,通过数字化设计,用Solidworks建立无人潜航器的三维模型,确定深海无人潜航器的结构,基于3D打印技术完成所需配件、外壳的制作,加入单片机实现潜航器的运动控制,完成无人潜航器实体模型,后期将在广州航海学院多功能船舶与海洋水池中进行水下实验,收集实验数据,验证模型的可行性,为下一代无人潜航器的制作奠定基础。

This paper is based on the analysis of the current situation and development trend of deep-sea unmanned underwater vehicles at home and abroad. The predecessors’ experience is summarized. Through digital design, the three-dimensional model of the unmanned underwater vehicle is established by the Solid Works, and the structure of the unmanned underwater vehicle is completed. The production of required accessories and housing is completed by 3 D printing technology. The single-chip microcomputer is added for the motion control of the unmanned underwater vehicle. Finally, the fabrication of the entity model of the unmanned underwater vehicle is completed. The underwater experiments will be carried up in the multifunctional ship and ocean water in Guangzhou Maritime University. By the experimental data collected, thus the feasibility of the model is verified. The foundation for manufacture of the next generation of the unmanned underwater vehicle is laid.
