基于分段组合路径规划算法的智能搬运小车设计
资料介绍
针对网格地图的路径规划问题,提出了一种分段组合的路径规划算法;采用该算法设计了具有自主循迹搬运功能的智能小车,该搬运装置的行走机构采用带有减震功能的麦克纳姆轮底盘,机械手臂采用双平行四边形机构;基于STM32单片机构建了小车实物模型,并进行了实验测试,验证了设计方法的可行性。所提出的路径规划方法可推广应用至物流搬运作业中。
Aiming at the path planning problem of grid map,a segmented combined path planning algorithm was proposed.The algorithm is used to design a smart car with autonomous tracking function.The traveling mechanism of the handling device adopts the Mecanum wheel chassis with shock absorption function,and the mechanical arm adopts a double parallelogram mechanism.The physical model of the trolley was constructed based on the STM32 single-chip microcomputer,and the experimental test was carried out to verify the feasibility of the design method.The proposed path planning method can be extended to logistics handling operations.
