本文针对互联网+短租、民宿等模式中,房源不集中、租住人员更换频繁、安全隐患高、管理复杂的问题,设计了一套远程信息管理门锁。系统采用STM32单片机作为主控芯片,通过NB-IoT技术接入网络,实现远程门禁的授权、信息记录等功能,可满足“互联网+”环境下的远程托管需求。

In order to solve problems in lock applications in case of residential accommodation and Internet short rent such as A kind of intelligent lock which can provide remote information management is designed in this paper to solve the problems in the case of Internet short rent,residential accommodation and other modes,such as scattered housing supply,frequent replacement of rental personnel,high security risks and complex management.The system uses STM32 MCU as the main control chip and connects to the network through NB-IoT technology to realize the authorization of remote access control,information recording and other functions,which can meet the requirements of remote hosting in the environment of“Internet”.
