抽油机冲程、冲次是绘制抽油机示功图、计算抽油机平衡率的重要参数。通过加速度传感器测量冲程、冲次,避免了传统拉线式、角度式等方法故有的故障率高、操作繁琐、需要停井等缺点,具有自动化、不影响生产等特点。采用单轴加速度传感器测量抽油机冲程误差较大,而该项目使用三轴加速度传感器,并采用新技术、新算法,能够精确测量抽油机冲程、冲次,而且可以将数据远传至智能终端,因此该项目具有重要的研究意义和应用价值。
