随着装备制造业的发展,工业生产中采用自动化机器控制的生产流水线得到迅速发展。步进电机作为一种将脉冲转化为角动量的执行机构借助于其自身精度高、误差不累计的优点在工业生产中得到大量应用。系统采用STM32F407ZG单片机作为主控芯片,主控软件采用嵌入式实时操作系统UCOSIII加嵌入式图形用户界面EMWIN的组合。系统完成了双轴步进电机的精确驱动、人机交互界面的实现、丝杠滑块的限位检测、双轴滑台的手动/自动控制等功能。该系统具有人性化程度高、使用简单、可靠性好、控制精度高的优点,易于集成到现有的生产体系中。

With the development of the equipment manufacturing industry,production lines using automated machine control in industrial production have been rapidly developed.As an actuator that converts pulse into angular momentum,the stepper motor is widely used in industrial production because of its advantages of high precision and unaccumulated error.In this paper,STM32F407ZG microcontroller is used as the main control chip.The main control software applies the combination of embedded real-time operating system UCOSIII and embedded graphical user interface EMWIN.The system has completed such functions as accurate drive of biaxial stepper motor,the realization of the human-computer interaction interface,the limit detection of the screw slider,the manual/automatic control of the dual-axis slide.This design has some advantages like high degree of user-friendly,easy to use,good reliability,high control accuracy.This design is easy integration into existing production systems.
