利用DS18B20设计一种多路温度数据采集和直流电机散热系统,可实现语音播报功能。系统主要由单片机电路和一组DS18B20数字传感器构成,同时具有温度显示、数据存储和串行通信模块。通过keil软件编写和调试程序,并利用Proteus仿真测试硬件电路,测温范围-10~+45℃,最后通过LCD1602显示所测温度。将制作实物与温度计置于相同设定温度的场所,研究数据发现单片机温度采集系统更精确。当温度变化时,它能够实时播报;温度超过设定报警温度时,它能够准确反应并迅速报警。同时,根据PWM原理控制直流电机,如控制直流电机驱动电流信号的极性、占空比等,从而调节电机转速而达到降温的效果。

A multi-channel temperature data acquisition and DC motor heat dissipation system is designed by DS18B20,which can realize voice broadcast function. The system is mainly composed of a single chip computer circuit and a set of DS18B20 digital sensors. It also has temperature display,data storage and serial communication modules. Keil software is used to compile and debug the program,and Proteus is used to simulate and test the hardware circuit. The temperature range is -10~+45℃. Finally,LCD1602 is used to display the measured temperature. The temperature acquisition system based on single-chip computer is more accurate by putting the fabricated object and thermometer in the same temperature setting place. When the temperature changes,it can broadcast in real time;when the temperature exceeds the set alarm temperature,it can accurately respond and quickly alarm. At the same time,the DC motor is controlled according to the PWM principle,such as controlling the polarity and duty cycle of the DC motor driving current signal,so as to adjust the speed of the motor and achieve the cooling effect.
