基于单片机压力监测系统设计与仿真

资料介绍

材料在服役过程中存在受载极限,当其受载超过一定值时就会发生结构破坏,时刻监测受载情况能够使其在安全状态下服役。传统的压力监测系统存在监测精度不高,稳定性不好等问题。针对这一现象,设计基于AT89C51的压力监测系统。通过Proteus完成整个监测系统的硬件电路设计,采用KeilμVision进行系统软件设计。为提高监测系统的监测精度,对设计采用的压力传感器进行温度补偿,并对采集到的数据进行处理。通过Proteus对设计的监测系统进行模拟仿真,同时对设计的监测系统进行实际监测。实验结果表明,整个监测系统能够很好地完成压力监测,监测系统的精度以及稳定性都得到了提高,达到了预期目的。

The material in service process is limited by load.The structure will be destroyed when the load exceeds a certain value,so it is necessary to monitor the load in real time for safe service.The traditional pressure monitoring system has the problems of low monitoring precision and poor stability.Therefore,the pressure monitoring system taking AT89C51 single-chip microcomputer as the core was designed.The hardware circuit design of the whole monitoring system is completed with Proteus,and the system software design is carried out with KeilμVision.The temperature compensation is carried out for the pressure sensor and the collected data is processed to improve the monitoring accuracy of the monitoring system.The designed monitoring system is simulated by means of Proteus,and the monitoring system is monitored practically.The experimental results show that the whole monitoring system can complete the pressure monitoring effectively,the monitoring precision and stability of the monitoring system are improved,and the system achieves the desired purpose.
