一款基于单片机的高效数控逆变电源

与传统逆变电源相比,采用数字控制的逆变电源能利用先进智能的控制算法来提升电源的性能。因此,设计和实现了一款基于高性价比STM32单片机的高效数控逆变电源。单片机生成两路死区时间可自适应调整的互补SPWM信号,经过IR2110驱动电路、全桥电路及低通滤波电路,在负载上得到幅度稳定和频率可调的交流信号。该逆变电源能准确产生频率范围为20~1000Hz(步进1Hz)、调制深度可调及谐波分量少的正弦信号,电源逆变效率可达90%,应用前景较好。

Compared with the traditional inverter, the digital control inverter can use advanced and intelligent control algorithm to improve the performance of the inverter. Therefore, a high efficiency CNC inverter power supply based on high cost performance STM32 MCU is designed and realized. MCU generates two complementary SPWM signals with adaptive adjustment of dead zone time. After IR2110 drive circuit, full-bridge circuit and low-pass filter circuit, stable AC signals with adjustable amplitude and frequency can be obtained on the load. The inverter can accurately generate sinusoidal signals with a frequency range of 20 ~ 1 000 Hz (step 1 Hz), adjustable modulation depth, and low harmonic components. The inverter efficiency of the inverter can reach 90%, which has a good application prospect.
