在每年的重特大矿难事故中,瓦斯爆炸约占总数的70%。防范瓦斯爆炸事故的发生是实现煤矿安全生产的重中之重。以MSP430为核心,结合AS13-TTL透传模块设计传感器和上位机之前的通讯,根据现场环境对气体传感器进行选型,对系统的硬件电路进行设计,利用IAR软件编写主控制器的程序,可以实现对煤矿井下瓦斯浓度实时监测。

Gas explosion accounts for about 70%of the total number of major mine accidents every year.Preventing the occurrence of gas explosion accident is the most important thing to realize coal mine safety production.With MSP430 as the core,combined with AS13-TTL transmission module to design the communication between sensor and host computer,gas sensor was selected according to the field environment,the hardware circuit of the system was designed,and the main controller program was written by IAR software,which could realize the real-time monitoring of gas concentration in coal mine.
