风扇是大众电器,技术的发展,风扇的功能日趋多元,各种新型风扇相继问世。然而,却鲜有商家在设计产品时考虑到风扇的使用安全问题。本论文将介绍一种基于单片机的幼儿防触风扇系统,设计通过检测接近物的实时距离来控制电风扇的启停。系统主要选用STC89C52单片机作为控制中心,HC-SR04超声波传感器检测实时距离,液晶屏显示实时距离,红外遥控实现风扇手动启停,蜂鸣器实现报警。风扇开启后,超声波传感器对接近物进行实时距离检测,如果接近物与风扇的距离小于安全距离,蜂鸣器报警,风扇停止运行,5秒后,如果接近物离开,风扇重新运转;如果物体仍然在安全距离外,风扇依旧停止,蜂鸣器报警。

Fan is a type of daily household electric appliance.With technology changing,the function of the fan is becoming more and more diverse,various new fans came out successively.However,few vendors are considering the safety of fans when designing products.This paper will introduce a kind of children's anti-touch fan system which based on SCM.This design can control the start-stop of the electric fan by detecting the real-time distance of the object which close to the fan.This device mainly chooses STC89C52 SCM as the control center,HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor detects actual-time distance,LCD screen shows actual-time distance,infrared remote controls fan manual start-stop,buzzer realizes alarm function.When the fan starts working,the ultrasonic sensor starts to detect actual-time distance.If something is close to the fan and the distance is less than the safe distance,buzzer starts to alarm,the fan stops running.After 5 seconds,if the object was left,the fan works again;if the object still outside the safe distance,the fan will remain suspended,and the buzzer continuously alarms.
