机车牵引传动装置滚动轴承故障容错控制系统设计

传统容错控制系统受到机车轴承振动信号非平稳因素影响,导致控制效果较差,为了改善该问题,提出了基于故障补偿的机车牵引传动装置滚动轴承故障容错控制系统设计。采用多个通用同步异步串行接口的多余度姿态传感器,测量滚动轴承姿态。设计DSP/微控制器的混合结构,处理测量结果信息,通过电机驱动切换所需旋转方向,为容错控制提供标准相位线路。重构电路,根据目标变化调整容错控制器,保证系统容错控制在一定范围内。依据轴承振动造成内环、外环、滚柱故障频率分析结果,对故障进行检测与诊断,获取故障信息,保证控制器结构不变,采用故障补偿技术实现故障容错控制。实验测试结果表明,该系统控制效果良好,为机车牵引传动装置高效运行奠定基础。

Traditional fault-tolerant control system is affected by non- stationary factors of vibration signals of locomotive bearings,which results in poor control effect. In order to improve this problem,a fault-tolerant control system for rolling bearings of locomotive traction transmission device based on fault compensation is proposed. Redundant attitude sensors with multiple universal synchronous asynchronous serial interfaces are used to measure the attitude of rolling bearings. A hybrid structure of DSP/MCU is designed to process the measurement results and switch the required rotation direction by motor drive, thus providing a standard phase circuit for fault-tolerant control. Reconstruct the circuit,adjust the faulttolerant controller according to the change of the target,and ensure that the fault-tolerant control of the system is within a certain range. According to the analysis results of failure frequency of inner ring,outer ring and roller caused by bearing vibration,the fault is detected and diagnosed,fault information is obtained,the structure of controller is guaranteed to remain unchanged,and fault- tolerant control is realized by using fault compensation technology. The experimental results show that the control effect of the system is good,which lays a foundation for efficient operation of locomotive traction transmission device.
