资料介绍

一种新的触头装置,主要是基于光伏系统中所用的旋转隔离开关。由于该旋转隔离开关应用于直流电源,因而在开关接通闭合时,对触头的各项参数性能要求比较高,其性能直接关系到隔离开关的电气性能和使用寿命。本文对隔离开关产品的触头装置的特点和结构进行了阐述,然后对本产品的直流灭弧的伏安特性进行了分析,并对触头装置整体性能进行测试,以验证产品是否满足规定的性能要求。

A new type of contact device is based primarily on rotary disconnecting switche used in photovoltaic systems. Since the rotary disconnecting switch is used in DC power , when the switch is switched on and closed, the performance of the contact parameters is required to be higher, and its performance is directly related to the electrical performance and service life of the disconnecting switch. In this paper, the characteristics and structure of the contact device of the disconnecting switch product are described. Then, the voltampere characteristics of the DC arc extinguishing of the product are analyzed, and the overall performance of the contact device is tested to verify whether the product meets the specified performance claim.
