复合梯形公式下的力传感器灵敏度理论计算研究

针对灵敏度在传感器标定过程中时间长且效率不高的问题,提出了一种力传感器灵敏度理论计算方法,首先运用WorkBench软件对一维力应变式传感器进行力学分析,得到应力、位移云图,再结合应变片中应变栅的尺寸、全桥差动电路,选取传感器4处贴片位置输出坐标数据,最后利用复合梯形公式对4组数据进行处理,得到理论灵敏度.结果表明:得到的理论计算灵敏度与该传感器标定灵敏度相差0.1 6 mv/V,误差为5%.表明利用复合梯形公式处理之后的数据进行灵敏度计算是可行的,可减少力传感器的研发周期.

Aiming at the problem of long and inefficient of sensitivity during the calibration process, a theoretical calculation method of force sensor sensitivity is proposed. Firstly, the Workbench software was used to analyze the mechanical properties of the one-dimensional force strain sensor, and the stress and cloud images were obtained. Combined with the size of the strain grid in the strain gauge and the full bridge differential circuit, the position of the sensor was selected at four locations to output the coordinate data. Finally, four sets of data were processed with the compound trapezoidal formula, and the theoretical sensitivity was obtained. The result shows that the theoretical calculation sensitivity obtained is 0.16 mv/V difference from the sensor calibration sensitivity, and the error is 5%. It is shown that it is feasible to perform sensitivity results using the data processed with the compound trapezoidal formula, the R & D period for is reduced.
