空间晶体生长实验中的弱信号检测研究
资料介绍
针对我国空间站中空间材料科学实验中弱信号检测精度需求,通过对热电偶输出信号特点的研究,提出了一种弱信号检测系统方案,解决了强电磁干扰问题。通过针对强噪声干扰下的弱信号,设计了相应的多路多级放大电路,并对低噪声前置放大器进行分档设计;同时通过单点并联接地及抗干扰设计抑制噪声干扰。在软件设计上通过一阶数字滤波及数字式平均对数据进行进一步的处理。实验结果表明,原理样机在精确度与准确度上均可达到1.5μV以内,满足方案设计中2.5μV的需求,在抗干扰方面性能良好。
According to the demand of weak signal detection precision in material experiment in spaceflight of our country’s space station,this article proposes a weak signal detection system by studying the characteristics of the output signal of the thermocouple the related hardware and software design is the hardware design,a multi-channel and multistage amplifier circuit is designed aiming at the weak signal under the strong noise the low-noise preamplifier which plays a decisive role in weak signal detection is divided into the same time,Singlepoint parallel grounding and anti-interference design are used to suppress noise the software design,first-order digital filter and digital average are used to process the sample data,and finally the temperature corresponding to the thermocouple signal is obtained by getting the sum of the sample data and the cold junction experimental results show that the precision and accuracy are up to1.5μV,which meets the requirement of 2.5μV and has good performance in antiinterference.
