针对当前辐射监测类仪表中高压供电模块的不足,介绍了一种新型高压供电模块的设计.选用反激式电源拓扑结合高绝缘特性高频变压器,优化模块动态响应时间.采用可编程输出电压控制,拨码开关信号输出电压等级.支持外部信号关断,当施加外部电压信号时可对不同电压等级下的输出电压线性微调.有效提升了高压供电模块的可靠性、灵活性和稳定性.

Aiming at the shortage of current high voltage power supply module of radiation monitoring instrument,a new high voltage power supply module design is provided.Choosing the flyback power supply topology,combined with high-frequency transformer insulation properties,the dynamic response time of the module is optimized.Using programmable output voltage control,Dial-code switch signal is used to control output voltage level.It has the function of external shutdown,the output voltage of different voltage levels can be adjusted linearly when external voltage signal is applied.The design effectively improves the reliabil让y,flexibility and stability of high voltage power supply module.
