资料介绍

为提高火工品点火电路抗冲击、振动性能,针对固体继电器固有的输出电容及输出漏电流特性,以及现有点火电路的测试方法造成的影响,对固体继电器在火工品点火电路中的应用进行了分析探讨。以点火电阻的控制为例,通过对点火电路测试方法、固体继电器上电及发火特性分析和测试方法的改进,得到固体继电器可以应用于火工品点火电路的结论;并且,对于有可靠性要求的点火电路,提出采用冗余设计方案,以提高电路接通、关断的可靠性。

To improve the impact resistance and shock resistance properties of ignition circuit of initiating explosive device,aiming at the inherent output capacitance and output leakage current characteristics of the solid relay,as well as the influence caused by the test methods of the existing ignition circuit,the application of solid state relay to the ignition circuit was ing the control of ignition resistance as an example,through analyzing the ignition circuit testing method and characteristics of power on and firing of solid state relay,as well as improving the testing method of ignition circuit,the conclusion was obtained that the solid relay can be applied to the ignition nwhile,the redundancy designs were proposed to improve the connect and turn-off reliability of ignition circuit.
