复合式流体滤波器的衰减性能分析

资料介绍

液压系统压力脉动对执行机构精度与性能具有很大影响,因而压力脉动衰减与抑制有重要意义。利用电液比拟的方法,结合K型和H型滤波器各自的滤波特点,提出一种以K型和H型串联的复合式流体滤波器,建立了该流体滤波器的等效电路图。结合液压系统管路动态特性,分析复合式流体滤波器的结构参数和管道长度对插入损失的影响。数值仿真表明:该衰减器与串联的“H+H”型滤波器相比较,在高频部分衰减效果更好,结构更紧凑。改变K型部分直径d2和L4的值会影响低频部分的共振频率点,低频衰减由H型部分主导,高频与K型部分相关,加装衰减器时应适当靠近负载。结合实际工况,合理的选择结构参数,可以达到宽频的效果。
