电驱动机械变速器换挡控制器的硬件设计与测试

在电动汽车中,电驱动机械变速器(EMT)自动换挡控制系统的动态响应性能、稳定性和可靠性直接影响车辆性能。为了提升电驱动机械变速器的综合性能,要求换挡控制器(TCU)对控制系统的输入信号能实现精确测量,包括变速器输入轴和输出轴的转速和转角信号、接合套位置信号、油门踏板开度信号等,并对换挡执行机构实现精确控制。为达到设计要求,基于英飞凌XC2267M核心处理器,设计了适用于电驱动机械变速器的专用TCU,包括信号采集与调理单元、换挡电机驱动单元等。该专用TCU能对输入信号进行精确测量,并通过对换挡执行机构的精确控制,使接合套位移控制精度达到1 mm。最后通过硬件在环仿真和实车道路测试验证系统性能,为电驱动机械变速器实现快速、平稳的换挡提供了硬件基础。

In electric vehicles,the dynamic response performance,stability and reliability of the electric-drive mechanical transmission( EMT) automatic shift control system directly affected the performance of the vehicles. In order to improve the overall performance of the electric-drive mechanical transmission,they were required to complete accurate measurements about the input signals of the transmission shift controller unit( TCU) to the control system including the speed and rotation angle signals of the transmission input shaft and the output shaft,the joint sleeve position signal,the accelerator pedal opening signal,etc. The shift actuator was required to achieve precise control. For the purpose of meeting these design requirements,this paper designed a dedicated TCU for electric-drive mechanical transmission based on the Infineon XC2267 M core processor including the signal acquisition and conditioning unit,shift motor drive unit,etc. The dedicated TCU can achieve accurate measurement of the input signal. Through the precise control to the shift actuator,the displacement control accuracy of the joint sleeve reached 1 mm. Finally,through hardware-in-theloop simulation and real-world road test verification,it provided a hardware foundation for fast and smooth shifting of electric-drive mechanical transmission.
