文中提出了一种应用于航空发动机滑油金属屑末在线检测的智能检屑装置,以金属屑末通过电感式传感器时输出的微弱 AM 波作为输入信号,通过对输入信号的处理实现发动机滑油中金属屑末的检测。论文详细描述了该装置各模块电路的详细设计,装置电路简练,便于安装且抗干扰能力强,能够智能地在线检测出金属屑末的大小、数目、性质。实验结果表明,该装置能鉴别低至 0.125mm铁磁性屑末及0.45mm非铁磁性金属屑末的信号,实验结果验证了在线检测技术的有效性,具有一定的工程应用价值。

An intelligent debris detection device for on line detection of turbulent metal scraps in aero engines was proposed in this paper. The weak AM wave output from inductive sensors at the end of metal chips was used as the input signal, and detec tion of metal crumbs in the engine oil was achieved by processing the input signal. The detailed design of each module circuit of the device which is concise, easy to install and has strong anti interference ability was described in this paper. It can intelligently detect the size, number, and nature of metal chips on line. The experimental results show that the device can discriminate the signals of iron magnetic scraps as low as 0.125 mm and non ferromagnetic metal chips as low as 0.45 mm. The result verifies the effectiveness of on line detection technology and has certain engineering value.
