发电机转子多通道动平衡检测系统研究
资料介绍
为解决高速发电机转子的平衡问题,研制了一款四通道动平衡检测系统.利用4个振动传感器对发电机转子进行多点振动信号采集,并对转子的振动情况进行了分析.利用滤波电路,对振动传感器采集的振动信号进行滤波处理,并通过数据采集卡将处理后模拟信号转换成数字信号,上传到上位计算机,经互相关算法处理,得到了发电机转子最终的不平衡质量和位置.实验表明,该检测系统可以准确地检测发电机转子的不平衡质量和位置,具有较大的应用价值.
In order to solve the balance problem of high-speed generator rotor, a four-channel dynamic balance detection system was developed. The four-way vibration sensor is used to collect the multi-point vibration signal of the generator rotor, and the vibration of the rotor is accurately analyzed. The filter processing circuit is used to filter the vibration signal collected by the vibration sensor, and the processed analog signal is converted into a digital signal by the data acquisition card, and uploaded to the upper computer (computer) for cross-correlation algorithm processing to obtain the final unbalanced quality of the rotor.
