频率漂移对钢绞线应力测量的影响

基于LC振荡测量应力的方法只需连接钢绞线两端,然后通过频率计获得电路振荡频率来测得钢绞线应力。该方法中,LC振荡电路频率漂移是不可忽略的因素。为探究频率漂移对钢绞线应力测量的影响,用长为1.2m的钢绞线进行了研究。理论推导和试验结果均表明:频率漂移越大,钢绞线应力测量误差越大。当频率漂移达到0.01 kHz时,钢绞线应力测量误差为100 MPa。该研究为LC振荡法准确测量钢绞线应力打下了基础。

The method of measuring stress based on LC oscillation only needs to connect both ends of the steel strands.Then the frequency of the circuit is obtained by the frequency meter and the stress of the steel strand is measured.In this method,the frequency drift of LC oscillating circuit is a factor that can not be neglected.In order to investigate the effect of frequency drift on the stress measurement of steel strands,a series of studies are carried out with steel strands with a length of 1.2 m.Theoretical derivation and experimental results show that the stress measurement error of the steel strand increases with the increase of the frequency drift.When the frequency drift reaches 0.01 kHz,the error of the strand stress is measured to be 100 MPa.And this study lays a foundation for the accurate measurement of the stress of the steel strand by LC oscillating method.
