三元材料锂离子电池极化电压特性研究

资料介绍

为了提高SOC估算精度及优化动力电池充放电控制策略,对三元材料锂离子电池进行极化电压特性研究。通过混合脉冲功率特性测试(HPPC)实验分析了充放电过程、SOC、不同脉冲倍率和环境温度条件下极化电压的变化规律,结果表明在低SOC区间极化电压明显升高;当0.2<SOC<1时,极化电压变化相对平稳;脉冲倍率越大,平稳区间越短;环境温度越低,极化越明显,电池容量显著减小;对比一阶、二阶等效电路模型下极化电压曲线拟合结果,二阶等效电路模型误差更小,SOC估算精度更高。

In order to improve the SOC estimation precision and optimize the control strategy of the lithium-ion battery,some Hybrid Pulse Power Characterization experiments were carried out to get the laws of the variation of the polarization voltage in the charging-discharging process,the different SOC,the pulse rate of discharge and ambient temperatures.The results show that polarization voltage increases significantly in the low SOC interval;polarization voltage is relatively stable as 0.2<SOC<1;the higher the pulse rate of discharge is,and the stability region is smaller;the lower the temperature is,the more obvious polarization phenomenon is,the smaller the battery capacity is.Compared to the results of curve fitting on polarized voltage under two kinds of equivalent circuit model,the second order equivalent circuit model has smaller error and greater SOC estimation precision.
