基于机电等效网络的压电变压器建模测试与实验性能分析

资料介绍

航天、武器系统的点火设施当中常采用脉冲功率技术产生强电流脉冲信号,而该脉冲信号的产生依赖于高压变换器的存在。新型的压电陶瓷变压器不同于以往的绕线式电磁高压变换器,具有抗电磁干扰能量、高转换效率、小体积、轻重量等优点。因此对压电陶瓷变压器进行性能研究具有较高战略意义。围绕Rosen型压电陶瓷变压器,从机电等效网络的角度切入,推导其等效电路模型,并进行了性能试验测试。基于该推导模型进行了实验电路搭建并完成了负载充电实验,结果显示良好。

Pulse power technology is often used in the ignition facilities of space and weapon systems to produce strong current pulse signals,which depend on the existence of high voltage converters.The new type piezoelectric ceramic transformer is different from the previous winding type electromagnetic high voltage converter.It has the advantages of anti electromagnetic interference energy,high conversion efficiency,small volume,light weight and so on.Therefore,the research on the performance of PZT transformer is of strategic importance.The equivalent circuit model of Rosen piezoelectric ceramic transformer is derived from the perspective of electromechanical equivalent network,and the performance test is carried out.Based on the derivation model,the experimental circuit is built,and the load charging experiment is completed.The result is good.
