电动工具用锂电无刷控制系统的设计
资料介绍
设计一种锂电池供电的无刷直流电机控制系统,给出了系统结构和主要电路。主控芯片采用MC33035,设计了配套专用自举电路,驱动上桥臂N沟道MOSFET。设计锂电池过放电保护电路、恒压电源电路、调速电路等其余外围电路,通过对电路样板的测试,验证了控制系统的主要功能。
A control system of BLDC motor powered by lithium-ion battery is designed,which gives the system structure and main circuits.The main control chip is MC33035 with a special bootstrap circuit design to drive N-channel MOSFET of upper bridge arm.The other peripheral circuits,such as over discharge protection circuit and constant voltage power circuit,speed regulating circuit,are designed.The main functions of the control system are verified by testing the sample circuits.
