Through the analysis means of appearance inspection, wetting balance, slice, SEM and DSC, it is found that the main reason for the poor welding of connector pin is the deformation of FPC. At the same time,some effective countermeasures are put forward so as to reduce or avoid the occurrence of poor air welding.
