简易波形发生器研发与评测

资料介绍

研制一种体积小巧、成本较低的方波、正弦波、三角波等波形发生器。电路由三部分组合逻辑构成:一是NE555多谐振荡电路产生指定频率与占空比的原始时钟脉冲信号,经由74HC74D触发器构成的二分频电路得到方波信号;二是方波信号经由NE5532芯片构成的积分电路进行积分,输出三角波信号;三是三角波信号被由NE5532芯片构成的反相放大器放大,放大后的信号经过RC低通滤波电路变为正弦波信号。对电路设计进行了Multisim软件仿真,开展了实际电路评测。评测结果:两者波形一致性较好,实际输出波形相对误差控制在5%以内,且电路热噪声较低。简易波形发生器可以满足常见信号输出需求。

A simple square wave, sinusoidal wave, triangle wave generator with compact volume and low cost is developed. The circuit consists of three parts of combinational logic: 1) the original clock pulse signal with specified frequency and duty cycle is generated by the NE555 multi-resonant circuit, and the square wave signal is obtained by the bi-frequency circuit composed of 74HC74D flip-flop;2) the square wave signal is integrated by the integral circuit composed of NE5532 chip, and output is the triangular wave signal;3) the triangular wave signal is amplified by a reverse-phase amplifier composed of NE5532 chip, and the amplified signal is transformed into the sinusoidal wave signal through the RC low-pass filter circuit. According to the circuit design, Multisim software simulation and actual circuit evaluation are carried out. Evaluation results: the waveforms of the two are in good agreement, the relative error of the actual output waveform is controlled within 5% and the thermal noise of the circuit is low. Simple waveform generator can meet the common signal output requirements.
