通过在断路器电磁脱扣机构中增加IGBT晶体管模块来改进控制与信号反馈电路,确保断路器分合闸操作时开关行程在既定时间内熄灭电弧和信号快速响应。针对电机储能和二极管为保护模块,出现过电流反向击穿线圈和过电压烧毁电机储能为安全前提,利用控制与信号回路中电容吸收与释放能量的特性,实验表明脱扣装置对于快速分合闸动作的断路器,电磁线圈和电机都会被IGBT晶体管模块控制与保护,断路器控制与信号反馈电路中具备电流防护和抑制信号滤波的功能。

The IGBT transistor module is added to the circuit breaker electromagnetic tripping mechanism to improve the control and signal feedback circuit,to ensure that the switch stroke would extinguish the arc and respond quickly to the signal in the fixed time when the circuit breaker is switched on and over current reverse breakdown coil and over voltage burn out motor energy storage in terms of motor energy storage and diode protection module,,the characteristics of absorption and release energy from capacitance in control loop and signal loop was followed in the result shows that the tripping device is a circuit breaker for quick closing operation,the electromagnetic coil and the motor will be controlled and protected by the IGBT transistor module,current protection and suppression of signal filtering can function in circuit breaker control and signal feedback circuit.
