空气耦合超声无损检测系统电路设计

资料介绍

为了提高空气耦合超声无损检测系统的能量转换效率,设计了匹配的硬件电路。结果表明:发射电路信号电压达到600 V,接收电路将回波信号放大79.43 d B,滤波电路可接收频率0.5~1.5 MHz的超声波。不仅满足了发射电路的电压要求,有效解决空气耦合中回波信号弱的问题,还实现了对回波中噪声信号的削减,达到了降噪的效果。

In order to improve the energy conversion efficiency of the air-coupled ultrasonic nondestructive detecting system,a matching hardware circuit is designed. The results show that the signal voltage of the transmitting circuit reaches 600 V,the receiving circuit amplifies the echo signal 79. 43 dB,and the filtering circuit can receive ultrasonic wave with frequency of 0. 5 ~ 1. 5 MHz. It not only meets the voltage requirements of the transmitting circuit,effectively solves the problem of weak echo signal in air coupling,but also realizes the reduction of the noise signal in the echo,and achieves the effect of noise reduction.
