安全型微控制器在弹上点火控制电路中的应用研究

随着导弹型号的不断丰富,弹上点火控制电路的功能、逻辑、接口越来越复杂,造成控制电路安全性、可靠性降低。专业工程的深入研究对点火控制电路的可测试性、自诊断性提出了更高要求。由此,本文通过采用TI公司生产的一种安全型微控制器TMS470MF06607作为处理核心,以某型导弹点火控制电路作为模型,完成弹上点火控制电路设计、测试,实现点火控制过程的逻辑判断、点火信号输出等功能,有效减少了元器件种类,降低了接口复杂度,提高了弹上点火控制电路的安全性和可靠性。

With the continuous development of the missile project, the function、logic and interface become more and more complex which lowers the security and reliability of the Missile Ignition Control Circuit. In-depth study of pro. fessional engineering also puts forward higher requirements on the testability and self-diagnosis of the Ignition Con. trol Circuit. In this paper, a safe microcontroller, TMS470MF06607, produced by TI Company, was used as the pro. cessing core, and the ignition control circuit of a missile was used as a model to complete the design and test of the ig. nition control circuit on the missile. The functions of logic judgment in the ignition control process and output of igni. tion signal were realized, which effectively reduced the components. The type reduced the interface complexity and improved the safety and reliability of the ignition control circuit on the missile.
