混合电路拓扑无线充电系统研究

基于松耦合变压器T型等效的方法,分析了S/P拓扑电路和S/SP拓扑电路,并通过参数配置使其分别具有恒流输出和恒压输出的特性,然后提出增加两个半导体开关和一个附加电容的方法,整合S/P和S/SP拓扑电路,实现对电动自行车恒流恒压充电。通过切换开关和附加电容可改变谐振电路拓扑,实现恒流或恒压输出的相互转换。此外,该方法还具有以下优点:无需初次级通信和复杂的控制电路;在恒压模式充电阶段系统几乎没有无功功率输入;单个逆变器可对多个充电系统供电。为了验证该方法的有效性和可行性,搭建了充电电压为96V,充电电流为2A的实验原理样机,实验结果表明该方法能够对电动自行车恒流、恒压充电。

Based on the T-equivalent method of loosely couples transformer, the S/P topology circuit and S/SP topology circuit are analyzed, and the characteristics of constant current output and constant voltage output are obtained respectively through the parameter configuration, and a method adding two semiconductor switches and an additional capacitor is proposed to achieve constant current and constant voltage for electric bicycle charging.By switching the switch and additional capacitors can change the resonant circuit topology , to achieve constant current or constant voltage output con version. In addition , the method also has the following advantages : no need for communication with the primary and secondary side and complicated control circuit.There is almost no reactive power input in the constant voltage mode charging stage and a single inverter can supply multiple charging systems.In order to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of this method, an experimental prototype is set up which the charging voltage is 96 V and the charging current is 2 A.The experimental results show that this method can charge the electric bicycle with constant current and constant voltage.
