针对辅助变流器试验过程中预充电时间与理论计算值相差较大的问题,文章根据辅助变流器的主电路和逻辑控制时序,通过对充电电路进行简化等效以及对支撑电容的模型构建,得出了充电时间理论值与实际值存在差异的具体原因,并提出了一种最优充电完成的判断方法以及放电接触器动作逻辑方案,为辅助变流器的充放电逻辑设计提供了理论依据,最后通过仿真进一步验证了支撑电容的吸收作用对充电时间滞后的影响。

Aiming at the pre-charging time deviation problem from the theoretical calculation in auxiliary converter,main circuit and logic control timing of the auxiliary converter were ough the simplification of the charge circuit and the model construction of the supporting capacitor,the specific reasons for the difference of charging time were spotted,and the method of judging the optimal charging completion and the action logic of the discharge contactor were ally,the absorption effect of the supporting capacitor on charging time lag is verified by simulation.
