This paper presents a low noise hybrid full-wave current sensor which combines SenseFET and filter.It can work in step-down,step-up and step-up modes respectively.It only needs a set of control logic to control the system and can handle a wider range of input voltage.The proposed design scheme is verified by simulation results and analysis of current sensor and DC-DC converter.
