资料介绍

针对高压大容量电动机启动电流过大的问题,提出一种基于电力电子电抗器的软启动方法,分析了软启动器的工作原理,建立了软启动器的等效电路模型,分析了电力电子电抗器的电抗变换机理,分别进行了高压大功率电动机直接启动和软启动的Matlab仿真,设计了高压大功率电动机软启动器,进行了试验,并将软启动器成功运用于19000kW高压大容量异步电机的软启动。仿真及试验结果表明:该软启动器可以实现高压大容量电动机的平滑软启动,具有启动电流小、启动平稳、无二次电流冲击的特点。

There is too large starting current when high-voltage large motors start up direct-on line,it will cause many order to solve these problems,a soft starting method which adopted power electronic reactor in its main circuit was working principle of high-voltage motors′soft starter based on the power electronic reactor was was required to establish the equivalent-circuit model of power electronic reactor to research its reactance conversion simulation model of high-voltage motor was established using Matlab,andthe simulations of direct starting and soft starting process were carried out.A high-voltage motor soft starter was successfully designed and used in soft starting of a 19 000 kW experimental results show that it can help the highvoltage motor start smoothly and has many characteristics such as low starting current,little impact on grid and high performance.
