自动产泡皂膜流量计电路设计与代码剖析
资料介绍
优化了自动产泡流量计的重锤结构和加液方式,完成了采用RS232接口感应光电信号和控制推拉式电磁铁的电路设计与制作,编写了自动甄别皂膜上升沿和下降沿以及自动起泡的程序代码。通过实验成功验证了硬件与软件的可靠性,并测定了不同有效体积条件下流量测定值的变化规律。
The heavy hammer structure and the method of adding liquid to the tube for automatic foam-producing foam film flow meter was optimized,the circuit design and PCB board of the RS232 interface was completed to sense the photoelectric signal and control the push-pull electromagnet,the program code for identifing the rising and falling edge and foaming automatically was reliability of hardware and software was verified by experiments,the change rule of flow measurement results with different effective volume was also determined.
