针对辐射环境对传感器中集成电路造成的影响,设计了一种新型二维纠错码及其相应的编译码电路。介绍了新型二维纠错码的编码算法,将信息位分成相等两行排列成矩阵形式,分别对每行每列加入校验位。设计了其译码算法,重复编码步骤,并运用水平校正子和伴随式计算出正确信息位。运用信息位与校验位交错排列的方法,使其具有更强的纠错性能。实验结果与性能分析表明:设计的新型二维纠错码具有纠错能力强、编译码电路功耗、时延低等特点,适用于对辐射环境下传感器集成电路进行抗辐射加固。

Aiming at the impact of radiation environment on integrated circuits in sensors,a new type of twodimensional(2D)error correcting code and its corresponding encoding and decoding circuits are designed.Firstly,the encoding algorithm of the 2D error correcting code is introduced,the information bits are divided into two equal rows arranged in a matrix form and parity bits are added to each row and column.Secondly,the decoding algorithm is designed,the encoding steps are repeated,the correct information bits are calculated using horizontal corrector and syndrome.Finally,using the interlacing arrangement method of information bits and parity bits,which makes it has stronger error correcting performance.Experimental results and performance analysis show that the designed novel 2D error correcting code has the advantages of strong error correcting performance,low power consumption,low time delay,etc.It is suitable for radiation hardened of integrated circuits of sensors in radiation environment.
