一种带有源钳位的单开关反激式电路设计

为满足ATX的高效率要求,带有源钳位电路的单开关反激式开关变换器逐步取代了传统的双开关正激变换器在消费类电子产品市场中的地位。本文改进了带有源钳位的反激式变换电路在开关管导通与断开时控制策略,详细推导了开关电路励磁电感及钳位电容的设计模型,并给出了各阶段的等效电路图并仿真。最后通过算例仿真实验验证了该反激式有源钳位电路可以极大地降低开关管的损耗,改善输出电流的波形质量,降低谐波含量。

In order to meet the ATX requirements of high efficiency,single switch flyback switching converter with active clamp circuit has gradually replaced the traditional dual switch forward converter in the consumer electronics market status. In this paper,the control strategy of the flyback converter with source clamp is improved,and the design model of excitation inductor and clamp capacitance of switch circuit is deduced in detail. The equivalent circuit diagram of each stage is given and simulated. Finally, a simulation example shows that the flyback active clamp circuit can greatly reduce the loss of switch tube,improve the waveform quality of output current and reduce the harmonic content.
