基于电路等效的磷酸铁锂材料电池建模研究

为了完整地了解磷酸铁锂电池的内部结构及工作特性,需要进行等效建模对其进行精确的参数辨识。以容量10Ah的磷酸铁锂电池为研究对象,选取PNGV模型进行特性分析,并用最小二乘法进行参数辨识。通过磷酸铁锂电池的充放电实验,表征出电池的充放电特性;通过OCV与SOC的标定实验,拟合出OCV与SOC之间的函数关系;通过HPPC实验研究,利用公式对模型各个参数进行计算,再通过最小二乘法拟合得到各参数的非线性规律。通过实验估算出PNGV模型中电容Cb的变化趋势,在客观上体现出电池对电量变化的敏感程度。以上几种实验结果表明,模型仿真与实测结果之间的误差平均值约为3.062 mV,最大误差为37 mV,基本反映出磷酸铁锂电池的工作特性,为动力电池的SOC估算及磷酸铁锂电池应用领域的仿真研究提供了理论基础。

In order to completely understand the internal structure and working characteristics of lithium battery,a reasonable model was selected for the accurate parameter identification.The 10 Ah lithium ironic phosphate battery was chosen as the research object,and the PNGV model was selected for characteristic analysis,and the least square method was used to identify the parameters.The charge-discharge characteristics of lithium iron phosphate batteries were characterized by the charge-discharge experiments.The functional relationship between OCV and SOC was fitted by calibration experiments of OCV and SOC.By means of HPPC experiment,the model parameters were calculated by formula,and the nonlinear law of each parameter was obtained by least square fitting.The change trend of capacitance Cbin PNGV model was estimated experimentally,which objectively showed the sensitivity of battery to the change of electricity.The above experimental results show that the average error between the model simulation and the measured results is about 3.062 mV,and the maximum error is 37 mV,which basically reflects the working characteristics of lithium iron phosphate batteries.It provides a theoretical basis for SOC estimation of power cells and simulation research in the application field of lithium iron phosphate.
