智能快递柜的控制电路设计

由于电商的快速发展,快递量的增加,因应而生了智能快递柜[1].智能快递柜主要有安卓工控机、触摸液晶屏、安防监控和人脸识别摄像头、扫码打印、喇叭、锁控板、LED照明整条和电源等组成.其中,锁控板主要是控制格口开门,内部都安装有锁控板,柜与柜间经过电源线和信号线连接.主柜锁控板连接工控机,工控机控制主副柜锁控板,实现快递柜的开关门和信息采集.本设计包括快递柜电源分配系统、锁控板控制电路和传感器监测[3]等,提升和优化快递柜性能,使其利用率更高,体验更佳,更智能化.
Due to the rapid development of e-commerce and the increase in express delivery,intelligent express cabinets were created[1].The intelligent express cabinet mainly consists of an Android industrial controller,a touch liquid crystal screen,a security monitoring and face recognition camera,a sweep code printing,a horn,a lock control board,an LED lighting whole bar and a power supply.Among them,the lock control board is mainly a control grid door opening,and a lock control board is installed inside.The cabinet and the cabinet are connected by power lines and signal lines.The main cabinet lock control board connects the industrial control machine,the industrial control machine controls the main and secondary cabinet lock control board,and realizes the opening and closing of the express delivery cabinet and information collection.This design includes the power distribution system of the express cabinet,the control circuit of the lock control board and sensor monitoring and so on[3],improve and optimize the performance of the express delivery cabinet,so that its higher utilization rate,better experience,more intelligent.
