The edge of circuit shows jagged shape, known as dogtooth circuit, is one of the common defects which can have some functional influences. The reasons for the problem are intricate and complex, which is difficult to solve. Based on real cases, the causes of the dogtooth circuit of PCB were analyzed by means of the ortho experiment in this paper. The main factors resulting in this were concluded and the corresponding improvementmeasures were then put forward.
